Visiting Boulder Creek and the Redwoods and need lodging?

Boulder Creek, California is the gateway to Big Basin Redwoods State Park. This was California's first State park founded in 1902. The Adobe on Green Street Bed and Breakfast is nine miles from Boulder Creek. We have our own 70 foot high redwood in our garden.

Another great place to see redwoods is Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. It is closer to Santa Cruz and has the most impressive grove of old growth redwood trees. The one mile self-guided path through the old growth grove is handicap accessable and cool in the summer. The popular steam train at Roaring Camp is just across the parking lot from the Visitor Center. Park there are see both sights at once.

Henry Cowell Park is six miles from The Adobe on Green Street. The Adobe is located in the historic district of Santa Cruz three blocks from downtown.
